Any movie editing programs that can do this?

I'm looking for a program that can create a small text video. I'd like to be able to put some music into it and then make fading text appear and then fade away, like a preview sort of thing.

Anyone know of a program that can do that?

Vegas Video or Adobe Premiere are some options.

i use adobe premiere pro 7.0 for vid editing, its a friggen sweet program, best part is that it is that you can make titles (fancy name for words) in adobe photoshop and they are like ment to be used together (many other adobe programs are like this)
