Another steam problem

Whever i try to join a server i always get a dll/cl_dll error, i fugured this meant i needed a patch or something.. i downloaded the steam fix and all those other things on the site and i still get the problem can someone please help me? thanks.

It's probably an EVM server yo're trying to join,so you would have to dl EVM too ten
There are not a lot of servers on steam
