Another of Vegeta's attacks

In the buu saga when majin vegeta and goku are fighting, vegeta shoots several energy rings at goku's arms, legs and neck which restrain him to the side of the cliff. This would be a great move although issues of balance would have to be solved. Maybe it would need a certain charge time or no charge time with lots of energy drain. This should be added to 1.3

there was already a suggestion....anyway it would be a good idea but you would have to be able to break out of them in like 3 seconds or something depending on your power level

When Vegeta shoots the rings, it should be at high speed, as fast as the disks. Otherwise, it will be dodged too easily.

I don't really see the point in it, you charge them, fire them and they're stuck for 3 seconds. You can't do a whole lot in 3 seconds, and you've expended ki charging and firing the rings. Might as well use the time and ki charging a big bang attack or something instead, something that does damage.

If you throw someone into the floor they're stuck there for a few seconds, and the best you can do to them is fire a generic ball before they get free, so I imagine it would be the same for this.

In those 3 seconds, you can swoop at them, and maybe give them a basic melee hit.
In esf, a fast-paced game, 3 seconds can be quite a bit. and if your stronger then your target, hes can be stuck for even 5 seconds, and in that time, you can kill him.
