Annoying STEAM Console Thingy

Okay, I've finally had enough, so im gonna ask for help on this.

When I play ESF and go to the console, then return to the game, I teleport up like 10 times at once, it's very annoying when doing things like "No Clip" to yourself.

I've never seen this happen to anyone else who returns from console, nor have I heard of anyone complain about it....sooooo what the hell? x.x

i had a different problem when i tried to enter a command in the console it just went to the game again very anoying..

but i've never heard of such a error
