Anime Music Videos

Umm hey,

I was wondering if any of you know were i can Download a program in which i can import music and Videos and cut stuff out of other videos and add and mix... Anyways thats hard to understand by i'll summon it up. Where can i get a Program that i can make Anime Music Videos or any music videos for that matter?

I know you guys dun wanna us to talk about Warez and cracks. But i would liek to know a name of a good program so i can find trial versions or find them at future shop god i love that store
