Animation Shop 3 users, help please

Sorry, i'm really new to the program and even the most simplest things i need help with, my question is how do i shrink or grow my animations? I found the re-size animation button, but when i grow or shrink it it becomes blurry and unable to see, anyone know how to re-size it while keeping its quality? Thanks

Umm dont shrink in AS3
You are better off doing it in PSP or Photoshop
