Adv. Melee with no one.

I'm not sure if this was already a known bug, as the bugtracker is down, so if it is I apologize for wasting time.
I was playing in a public server earlier today, and i got into adv melee with someone, right next to a wall. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but i ended up locked in adv. melee with no one, and had to use the kill command in console to get out of it. While stuck thusly, i could look around and do just about anything except move or fight. I took a few screenshots:

wow thats happend to me several times, i would have started a thread but i didnt think it was my fault--;

Pretty weird bug, but it's probably solved in the patch.
