A ref request

I need for somebody to make/draw me a movie dock ock (doctor octopus) model from the spider-man 2 movie, i need it coz i cant draw very well but i cant find any good refs, i tried google. i want to make a model of him.

if someone can make it than i need a from back and side, and a ref on tenticles would be nice
