Play Station Emulators a perfectly legal providing you are using them to play Play Station games that you own on your pc (Putting the disc in your cd/dvd drive and using the emulator to run it)
Deverz, it's true that Emulators are legal (most) when you own the game, however in the case of PlayStation and PlayStation2 Emulators, you also need to download the BIOS from someplace (which is illegal, unless you download your own, which is near impsossible)
That's why emulation sites don't carry the BIOS as well as the emulator--liability
Yep. Emulatioin is legal as long as you don't have the Bios. Good luck finding that though as it's hard as hell to find if you don't know where to look. I don't know, so don't PM me about anything. 'sides, I wouldn't tell ya on the forums anyway.
