This is sort of a new system I thought up of but it kinda brings back the lock on feature from the old version.
When your on the melee weapon you can put your mouse over an enemy and it automatically locks on them. You can't look away so the crosshair will always be on him unless you quickly move the mouse away from the enemy or press a certain button.
This way it would be easier to move around while trying to melee an enemy. For example heres a diagram of what it would look like.
Sorry about the crappy stick picture but you get the idea.
You can still swoop around and stuff so when an enemy is trying to use a ki blast or a beam you can swoop around it to dodge and counter with a simple melee. This would probally give you less freedom to move around though but if another enemy attacks you while you are locked on to someone else. You would automatically lock on to the person that attacked you. You don't have to lock on though its mostly just for melee.

Now that we got the moving around and such outta the way I can talk about the advance melee system now....
When you are close to an enemy you can hold the left click button to rapidly punch the enemy, this is weak attacks, BUT if you move in one direction while pressing left click you do a strong attack. For example
Hold W+Leftclick = Strong Uppercut
Hold A+leftclick Strong Left punch
And you can mix them up to do combos for example
Strong Left punch with a Rapidpunch after then a Strong Right punch
When you are hit with a 3 strong punches you get stun so you can't do anything. The only way to avoid getting stun is to block the punches which I'am trying to figure out how to do that. (Because simply holding block would be too easy)
And thats it! This would probally take a lot of coding and pretty complicated.
