none of that has **** to do with who wins a melee head on collision, its all about who has their ki bar filled more, i remember people on the team saying this oooo idunno, about 5 MILIIONS TIMES, next time, search

It has nothing to do with Random ness its the percentage of your KI left, so if someguy swoops at you and you both have ki at full, and u swoop after he does , then he uses more ki to get to you, and so you will win the melee, if you have half your ki full and you swoop at someone holding down your melee button and they have it full or more full then you then they willl always win
