54. after respawn, you stick in the ground and cant move and therefore you have to "suicide"

If I fall down and press 'powerup' in midair I start to fly.
Is this like it should be? :S
Also when playing Freeza:
I shoot with the FingerLaser, as the laser hits the target (wall) I shoot again and
=> Freeza jumps once

the crosshair should be more visible....i just cant see it if im looking to the sky...its very difficult to aim without seeing the crosshair....
