The rules and regulations will be in the readme that comes with the account.

dont mind me being nosy, but wouldnt you mind telling us what brought this free ftp idea up? not everyone decides to spend there own cash for others gain

Well, I'm currently using only about 2-3 gb of my 125 gigabyte bandwidth and only 100 mb of my 7 gb space, so that's a waste of 5 dollars a month >_>.

I might even give free email :O.

i see why then, be a little choosy and moderate whats being uploaded often though, you never know when someone might decide to upload a 3gb hl2 beta folder on your ftp space as well as other things, then wonder why your ftp is shut down, it happened to one of my ftp hosters a while back

Also, the size of your file is limited based on how much I trust you. If it is someone like majin_you, I'd have no problem letting him upload a 50-100 mb file .
