1.2 installation problems

It won't install. Does someone know a zip file location for esf 1.2, 1.2.1, 1.2.2 or 1.2.3. It says the installer is incomplete.

Go to esf-world or redsaiyan. There you can download it but download full version. Maybe you downloaded patch

My ESF can't find steam. Is there a way id doesn't have to need it and i can play a custom lan game. I have 1.2 right now. It installed but it needs steam. Is steam internet battle connector. And if it is. How do I make a custom game and play with bots. Not play on internet servers. Or is it possible in version 1.2.1, 1.2.2, or 1.2.3. Please tell me or ill go SUPER SAIYAN!!!!!
