Is it possible for someone on WON to fight someone on STEAM? Me + my Friend want to fight, but he uses STEAM and i use WON. I have tried using STEAM but it wont connect to the server :(

I just played ESF for the first time and stuff, and I read how Steam would be better to use. All I do is just open the game and click "Play online" or whatever, so I'm not using Steam, so I must be using WON. But last time when I installed Steam, it somehow "spawned" files that were about 1gb...

all you have to do is on your shotcut add this. hl.exe -DEV -console -game esf

I've tried a couple things but still can't get 1.2 to work on WON, evertime I install, and I try to play, it keeps searching for steam.exe, I used to have steam but lost my account, plus I can't use the CD-key, if anyone can help me thanks, if not, I got some other things to say later :)

if i download thw won vershion instead of downloading the steam vershion is it possible it get something like the esf steam pack and use that on steam im a humble 56k user and cant really handle 2 100meg+ downloads

what i suggest is that the team will make a less-buggy won version. that is for the reason that many many many players out there are using won because they can get steam to work, no matter what. a de-bugged won version should help out all the players out there that cant get steam to work. *if...
