i downloaded esf full installer 1.2 and i installed it but after when i tryed to run it, it says missing shortcut steam.exe. i dont want to use it with steam, i wanna use esf with half-life can someone plzzzz help me out

I was wondering a couple of things about powerlevel. Firstly, what attributes does it affect exactly? I know it affects damage and size of kiblasts, anything else? Secondly, what exactly are the formulas that govern the attributes it changes. Something like 1 million pl = 3 more damage...

But I can't cause this freakin' Steam can't accept my Cd key it tells me that it's in use! ;( DAMMIT MY CD KEY IS FINE!! I BOUGHT HALF LIFE FOR FREAKIN' 25$ FOR NOTHING! ;( ;( WHAT'S THE FUC*ING PROBLEM????

Is there a way you could disable the "powerup" (ki regain) button when you create a server? I would like to play without it. And also, could you increase how quick your ki regains? Lastly, could it be done so your characters have a huge ki pool, so you just do one big powerup and fight longer...
