Im trying to make textures in my paintshop pro and adobe photoshop.But i dont know how to make them textures to put in valve.They say you need wad file.How do i turn them into wad files

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone knows were I can find Final Fantasy Cel Images. Not from the Anime or the Movie. I just want it from the games. It doesn't have to be Cel images I just want a place were I can get good images for a sig.

I just started mapping and now i want to map for esf, ive only got one little problem/question. Can i use the textures of the normal halflife or can i only use the ones of esf (i would like to use the hl textures cuz then i've got more textures and good skies!!! THnx in advance!!!!!!
