A random improbability function! It could be set to only work 0.00000005% of the time, and when it does do something, it can't be guessed as to what it is that it does. Maybe it decreases everyone's power by 5%, or increases by 2.5%, maybe it sets everyone power to 300,000, or maybe 1,000,000...

No Offense if the guy who made this map reads this. But rosat is the worst map to be made. Yet it is played on every dam server. i never play on normal servers because rosat is always played, and when the map changes 2 mins later its loaded back up. It has more bugs than god knows...

Each character or "race" should have their own specific attributes that give them an advantage. Saiyans, when their health is low, should have a sudden boost in powerlevel. How it is now doesn't make sense for saiyans because they lose their powerlevel if their health is low, but in the show...
