I'm sure there's some form of SAM melee in the works already (saw SSJ3 goku), so this is about countering it. Perhaps if someone uses a SAM block (a block that could instantly repel any beam, and also...) at the same time someone uses SAM melee... or perhaps this would only be when two people...

It's my guess that SAM will only enhance the attacks that we are given. What I'm suggesting is using SAM with a teleport, to teleport directly behind an opponent even if they are all the way across the map. You must be locked on to them, and perhaps this would only use 75% of the SAM bar. This...

Along the lines of a few other recent threads, where Non-Turbo is a Defensive stance, Turbo is Neutral, and Charged Turbo is Offensive, the SAM bar could be designed around this. Since SAM is a Special Moves meter which only has offensive moves on it, from my understanding, then linking Turbo...

Thanks for linking me, Grega. It's great to hear about the Rage... I mean SAM bar. Essentially it's making the fight more intense and interesting as it goes on, so that's awesome. I like the idea of distinguishing between Melee and Beams, but I wonder whether they should be separate or not...

This game is great. So good that I actually bought a copy for a friend so we could coop. It looks pretty good, too. Very vibrant colors and maps. It plays amazing, too. Everything max with 4x AA, at least 45 fps with usual being 60+. Great game, loads of fun.
