powerup

Maybe you have already done so in the beta, but when you use turbo and your PL goes up instantly.. Should that be changed to gradualy raise to the max pl you could have at that time, like a real power up?

What I see is, Vegeta gains energy to get an SSJ, but dont make this thingi (he don't strechs out his arms and shout) This would be awesome. Maybe you understand what I want to say;D
