Hyaz, I'm gonna show you guys this model I'm working on, and i hope you like how it looks so far. It hasn't got a head, but I'm gonna start on it right away. I'm not looking forward to making the hair though :)

I was wondering, how do you edit a skin. I've been trying for a while and I can't figure it out. Is it in a folder or is it in the models file. Can someone help me? Oh and I use milkshape and 3ds Max.

where can i get a program that i can make skins in? do i have to be a good painter/drawer to make a good skin?
