i tried to make a map, now it's finished, but i have no light, all i see is darkness, but i can enlight it with kametorpedo or an other attack while playing, but i want permanent light. I added an entity light_environment, but it's still dark. what can i do to bring some light inside of my map??

Well, I have a problem with my enviromental light entity. In my map I have a brush with the texture '+0~GENERIC65' and an environmental light entity above the brush. But when I'm testing my map I don't see my the brush I created, all I see is a big bright white solid and everything else is...

ok, after i made the bsp file and it was done compiling the light was still to bright and i was wondering if there was a way to make the light level darker w/o recompiling the map like if i could edit the bsp file somehow

ok, i understand how to add sky and light entities but i dont know how to edit those things, whenever i add a sky box and i compile my map it never has the sky i told it to have it always has some other one, and i dont know ow to change the brightness/darkness on the map someone help me...
