installing

I need help installing ESF. Yes I have checked the help section of the website and it has not helped me. When I start to install the installer gets to Configuring Windows Installer then it freezes and says 1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance. Can anyone help I have downloaded it 3...

I have figured out that windows installshield sometimes does not liek ESF. It may take a while for the Installshield to work but DO NOT end task it... let it run and after a while or so it should continue... i have no idea why it does this... anyone else want to raise a little light on the...

S.O.B. I used to have Beta 1 installed but for some reason it started messing up. I uninstalled all my half life stuff and tried reinstalling...but when i try to install Beta 1 i recieve an error 1706 no valid source for Beta. Someone please help me.

I can't install it onto my comp for some reason. When i first d/l it off fileplanet i tried to do the install and the esf icon would appear but it would get an error while installshield was checkin it or somethin. It did that for a while but now when i try to install it all i get is an error...

Hey im a newb here... im just having a problem installing ESF in my computer i have the game counterstrike the mod ONLY... i dont have the game Half Life and all that other stuff but i do have a Half Life folder in the folder "SIERRA" how do i install ESF in my computer...like where should...

ok after like 3 days of trouble i finally downloaded esf! i was happy but now there is a problem. when i try to install it it says error there isnt a source to do something i cant remember what it said but it also gave me a website. msi.chm i guess thats a website i dunno i havent tried it yet...

when i double click to install it the set up wizard goes to 99 and then just stops. my light is blinking rapidly indicating it is "thinking" but i was just wondering if it should take like 5 min to do this or something is wrong with my computer. if so can anyone help me out with this problem?

Heloo Esf team, i recently downloaded esf. I succesfully installed, but when i tried to run it, something about hl.exe i downloaded it from fileplanet, and a few other sites. Basically it dont run, and when i go into sierra/halflife/ESF/- there is no start icon to play, anyone know whats wrong...

I have CS retail and when i install it into the cs folder and stuff... then i try playing it and it says i need the hl.dll thign which i dont have....and when im connecting it says Error: You are using the wrong dll at the top.... and then CS freezes and bring me back to the desktop. :cry:
