fraps

hey everone as u no im working on a fan fic useing ecx but im useing fraps its a great program but the screenshots come out lower quality than the game and the videos are choppy and just bad i treid chaning the framerate but got nowear HELP

Well, i'm not sure how to say this but Frap videos keep crashing WMM for some reason. I got a strong computer and the videos are in half size. What should I do? Is there a program that I can use to convert the Frap videos into smaller sizes?

I wanna record my game while I play, and for some darn reason Fraps hasnt worked for me. ever. Is there any screencapture software better than fraps, and doesnt use much processor? Preferably freeware, but I'll take anything at this point. And for the record, I wanna record ESF.

Their site is no use at all....taught me zilch. only about its features. Anyway I wanna use fraps with halflife, ESf and Cs to capture video. So can someone tell me how i can do this?

Well this is my first time using fraps and when i made my own server to record something...it moves real slowly as if the frame rate is going at 5 or 6 and in the movie section i got the frame rate on 60 and i have a cable modem but i dont see whats the problem............any help :scared:

See what I mean? The FPS is too low to do anything. And not just for ESF. All other games, like Vampire: Bloodlines have the same result when I work with Fraps.

Hi. How to i enable Fraps to record the Sound in ESF too ? And then, WHAT Tool/codec etc is used to decompress teh File Size ?

Just curious- Is there anyway you reduce the file size that fraps makes? I have it set to 25 fps and no sound, and still the file sizes are huge. 5-10 seconds is almost 200 mb. Or is there a better recording program out there?

Everytime I record game play using FRAPS while I am also using TEAMSPEAK, no in-game audio will be recorded with the video. Instead only the voice chat audio from Teamspeak is recorded onto the video. How can I fix my settings so FRAPS not only records the in-game audio as well as the audio...

Ok I'm no pro sigger but I'd like to take screeenshots of episodes and use them for sigs much like the one I'm usingnow. I try hititng the 'prt scr' button onmy computer whent he frame I want to use a a pic appears but it doesnt work. The one in my sig was a fluke and I can't seem to od it...
