fps

Could you tell me the command to see my FPS on the top-left corner of the screen? I know the net_graph and net_graphpos but I still can't get them there.

I get a lot of lag on allmost every server I join, when I join a server which has a ping of 30ms in the serverlist, ingame I have a ping of between 200-400ms. Also when there are more than 6 people on a server I get extremly low fps, around 10-15fps I've tried lowering my settings and I did...

ok. my specs are Intel Celeron 700MHz GeForce 3 TI 200 512MD SDRAM my FPS never go past maybe 18.0 :( I put in the fps fix in autoexec, but it barely helpped. is it my pc ? :( :( :(

Well im playing a game, and when i join its all perfectly fine and dandy, and then they gradually drop down after about 10 mins. Before i had to have my bios set to default i didn't have this problem. Please PLEASE help me (ive done the tweaking, drivers, opengl and everything)
