Well... I just finished the modelling tutorial some days ago, and i try start at the back. But something i dont get... Where shall i set vertex? And how shall i make faces? I know how to.. but i just wanna know how you know where you shall sit it. Hope you can explain it.

when I look at a stair in my map some faces disappear and sow does some other things in the map how can I fix it ? Btw: I map in Quake Army Knife ( http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~quark/index.php3 )

Dear fellow mappers, My question is simple, but i couldn't find the answer somewhere. What is the max amount of faces for a normal map? Because i'm busy with a map that allready has 3000 faces. grtz Mark
