HI, i search a 1.23esf Dedicated Server exe. Exist this? Sry for my English!

How can I add games to the dedicated server drop-down list? I've got like 20 games/mods/addons installed on Steam but only the official Valve ones show up.

Im trying to figure out how to make a dedicated server, however the only server file on the site is for ESF 1.2. Where can I locate the file that will make a server for the latest version?

well, im definately not gonna wait at that esf world site or whatever AND have to deal with a 20 kb/s d/l speed sooo.... is there a different site to get the dedicated server pack for esf??
