crashing

Um... i installed it and when i goto play it on a server it tends to 'crash' has this happened to anyone before? i ask one of my friends but he doesnt know how to fix it but he has heard of it before.

Hi there guys... I have a problem with ESF and dont know if it is a HalfLife problem or ESF problem... I load up the esf mod and it loads fine and plays fine... but if I do Goku's Spirit bomb or a melee attack or some other attacks it kicks out of Half-Life completely and back to windows...
