Well i decided to try my hand at skinning. I did not make this model or the original skin, as you can tell it was xpertly done by Mr. Smo himself. This is a skin edit I wont release without his permission either. Also I edited the mesh. Can i get some crits tho please...

i try to save the smd (replece it with the orignl) but it says to me this"found vertex with invaild bone assignment! model not exported!" what do i need to do? please help me:S

I use auto assign and random when I join a server, unless I'm trying out a new model. However, this stops me from spawning unless I select a team manually (i.e. I go back to the menu and choose Good or Evil myself). This only seemed to happen when team are even when I join, or if there's no-one...

Well, I decided to use MS3D. I have my model made n all, but I can't export it into a HL SMD... It says "Invalid bone assignment to vertex, Model not Exported!" How can I do this?
