    Model Deforming When Animating

    ok i tried to do some animations for an oozaru... like walking i put him in the pose i wanted then i wanted to put his head strait and his arms in the pose i wanted to but when i rotated theyr bones the model deformed... the head got bigger and the same at the hands... could someone explain why?

    How do I manipulate character models that have swords? What I mean is, putting the sword away one moment, do various unrelated movements, and then being able to get it out later?

    im sure a mod will close this pretty quickly but i need to know and the stickys dont tell me. it says on the polycount site, that half life can support character studio biped skeletal structures. can esf also support this, or do i need to make an IK chain?

    Ok, this may sound like the stupid question ever to everyone, but i dont know.... when u make a model for half life for a new mod, do u have to use the default half life skelleton (sp) or can u make and use your own? thanks in advance.

    how would you give a small character model another models skeleton, lets say i made a sonic the hedgehog model, i put gokus skeleton on him and assigned the best i could with the skeleton being 2x bigger than the model, and nothin looks right in the model viewer, would i hafta make a custom...
