Sig Request and Avatar Problem?

I've read some of the posts before but why doesn't any of the avatars display? Is it the same problem from the site? I would also like to know if anyone is willing to make a sign. for me. Something with Vegeta or just the saiyans. Email me if you want at [email protected]
