Ok I'm sure you guys have heard this lots of times before but I'm thinking about starting to model and I'm just wondering what's the best program to use and where can I get it. Also if anyone knows if there it any decent tutorials out there that would help.

Well, this is the second model I've actullay made... I figured I'd take a chance at modelling Rikimaru, he always seemed pretty cool. Have a look at him here

I can map but I can't model. Who knows a good proggy for this with some good help files/ tutorials to get me started.
I saw a milkshape once but it had no helpfiles/tutorials and I couldn't make crap. Only skin...
Well for the first time I've actually come close to finishing a model... From what I understand this model isn't really usable.. but it's one more step closer to victory... Theres still quite a bit of things that need tweaked... but I figured If i'm not going to be able to use it... why go...

Hey all, I am going to try and get into 3d Animation this summer, but I wanted to know which program was used to make the models. I think all of them are very beautiful, and very well done, is it Bryce or Lightwave? Not Maya is it?

Ok, don't be to harsh. This is my first model that I've ever gone this far with.
I did it with a side reference of a Beretta 92FS (not elite). it was tough because the angle was kind of from the bottom.

Off-topic but... SS_Vegeta, where'd you get a tutorial ot make models like that? Because Pcjoe told me you make models with Milkshape 3D, and you make it Vertex By Vertex, so I was wondering where you could get me a tut. to teach me that style.
