Shape-shifting
How is that better than controling people? Plus everyone would hate you if you ware a criminal and always having to watch your back for snipers, because lets be honest, you can't teleport behind them cuz you don't know where they are.I can't believe no one chose teleportation. Most awesome power you could have, and it has infinite uses. I'll just name a few:
1) I'd be able to get into a guitar shop in, say, Canada, take of one their Gibson SG's and teleport back home. I'd easily have one of the most awesome guitars ever.
2) If any ******* tries to pull some **** with me, threaten me with a knife and similar (which has happened before) I'd just teleport him with me to a desert and teleport back, leaving him there to die of thirst.
3) I'd never be late for anything, and I'd have a lot more time than I have now.
4) Being able to travel the whole world in a matter of seconds. One moment I'm in China, the next moment in the USA, and then back home. The thought of everything being so close is wonderful.
5) With teleportation, I'd be the perfect criminal, and I would never get caught.
6) I'd be able to teleport into women's locker rooms. DAMN that'd be awesome.
I can go on like this but 6 examples are enough to show why there's no better power you can choose.
Super intelligence would allow me to either figure out how to teleport on my own, or devise a way to create a personal teleportation devise. In the event that I'm confronted by other metahumans, I'll have far more options than someone who has but a single ability. You can either run or attempt to teleport the person somewhere else, but if a telekinetic were to hold you in place, or if a speedster broke your neck, there isn't very much you could do.People are just people, nothing more. Plus if you were controlling them, you'd also have to take care of their lives, in a sense. Which is stressful.
Being able to go anywhere in a second, however, that's something else. Imagine counting to 10 and being in 10 countries, all of which are countless miles away from each other.
And as for snipers, I believe you meant I'd do crimes in my own country. That's where you were wrong. Plus, I wouldn't let anyone take a picture of me, and I'd be in disguise while doing them.

Super intelligence would be nice, maybe even the ultimate power, but it's boring to have it. Everything would be clear to you, and life would bore me eventually. It's like playing an RPG millions of times and knowing exactly what's gonna happen next.Super intelligence would allow me to either figure out how to teleport on my own, or devise a way to create a personal teleportation devise. Teleporting would definitely be much more fun, and allow me a broad range of things I can do to keep myself entertained. Plus, even if you had super intelligence, there would be some things you simply couldn't do just because, well, you can't.
I'd still choose teleporting over anything else, as there are countless ways to improvise it into many uses.
Try that in a mall and you'll kill/burn a lot of things :O.Plus... i can aim towards the ground and fire, and let that propel me everywhere. So then i can fly. It's a two for one combo.
With super intelligence, I'd become a metahuman in no time.Super intelligence is probably the "best" one, but as weird as this sounds, it's too much for me, and I want my power to be natural/mutated instead of relying on a device.
