Your favorite final fantasy Game

What is you favorite final fantasy game? I like final fantasy 7 the most.

Well, since i havent played 7 yet *watches mob with pitchforks closing in* I'd have to say I enjoyed 9 the most. And I'm currently playing FFX which is kinda like one big cutscreen followed by a boss battle. And to top that, I'm also playing FFXI Online which is, after you get used to the low exp and the fact that you actually need to use your social skills to get a party together, very cool.

That's like saying you don't like games which involve thinking and strategy. :\

Anyway...I'd have to say 7. Although I won't be playing it again unless I could use my analog stick lol, the d-pad hurts my fingers if I press it as much as Final Fantasy 7 requires. And I think 9 was fun too, it was kind of 'going back to their roots' with colorful characters and actual magic and creatures, instead of the 'future style' of Final Fantasy 7 and 8.

On a side note though, Chrono Trigger is the best thing that ever came from Square. o_o

FFVI + FFVII

FFVIII Shook my confidence in Square.
FFX Fractured it.
FFX-2 Put a bullet in it.

Actually I'm torn between 6 and 7, I'd have to go with 7 though because I believe it had the better storyline.

I can't seem to decide between 4, 6, and 7. They are all on par with each other for my favourite. 4 was great for the characters, but especially for the challenge. 6 had an amazing story - there's nothing wrong with 6, IMO, save for the fact that it calls to you in your sleep .

7 was simply a masterpiece - amazing storyline, character development, and music...what more could I ask? ^_^

Those 3, though...I cannot choose a favourite out of them, so I'll have to settle on calling all 3 of them my favourite FF's.

final fantasy 7 is hands down the best rpg ther ever was and ever will be and im just dying to see advent children i cant wait!!!!!!! oh and crono trigger rocked that game falls short only to the king ff7

Definately FF6/3. FF4/2 would be a close second.
I don't have anything against 7, but I slowly began to lose interest in the whole series after that.
I still play FF2 and 3 (and Mystic Quest! Yes! It's a pretty bad game, but the nostalgia! The memories I tell you!) on my SNES to this day, they're masterpieces.

FFVII is the best i've played, the graphics were better in FFX. FFVIII prettty much bored me to no end. lol. FFVII is still one of the best RPGs i've played. except the graphics were blocky and the music SOMETIMES got on my nerves

FFVII is the best in my opinion. I like the characters, I like the story and I like the setting. I just wish they'd give us a decent remake of it, I'd love to play through the game with next gen graphics.

ffviii is my fav, played it just a bit becours:
1)it whas from the lybery
2)it has a lot of damage on the cd's

i have ffx-2 but dont play mutch with it.
