i agree some moderators here do seem a lil unfair/always giving warnings but most are good, and i sense that your title is going to change to just banned

I kinda agree, but mods wont like this either. Mods also get away with alot of crap too. but who cares, as long as i dont get banned i dont care what they do, nothin will change there twisted minds.
