Yet another crash bug

Ok I think I've seen this one mentioned before but hell after a while of playing the game just crashes most fo the time its when i start charging a beam but it can crash when im just floating around etc, you get what I mean. Anyone know whats goin on?

What kind of video card do you have and how much ram does it have?

be sure that you're running in OpenGL
be sure that your video card isn't overclocked
be sure the your CPU isn't overclocked

2. how does it crash ??? error ??? anything ???
3. if your running with bots, test if it works better if you join an internet server
4. try to reinstall ESF

When it crashes the game just stops doesnt close just stops (or locks up if u like) Could be a bot error cuz i normally go 1 on 1 vs vegeta for prac but sometime i go against cell or freiza thats when it screws up

P.S. doesnt ALWAYS do it only occationally

eh ... you missed my point ...

1. does you whole PC freeze ?? (you've to restart)
2. does HL freeze ?? (screen freezes, but ctrl+alt+del works ... then you can quit HL and everything works fine again)
3. does the gameplay freeze ??? (screen doesn't freeze, you can look around with your mouse, Esc brings back to HL menu)

1, 2 OR 3 ???

Mine doens't crash it only trows me an error and then kickes me out.I hate this but it only hapens when I play with bots.(Allot of bots)

DMZ and ESF crashes.

MAN I KNOW YOUR PROBLEM it happens to me to now. it didn't crashes before but when i'm charging a beam ore reagenerate with buu the game freezes and i have to do ctrl-alt-del. But it is not when i'm flying. Only sometimes when i'm busy for a long time the game suddenly shuts down?!?!?!? did'nt had both problems before?!?!?!?

that happend to me too but with buu and my hole pc froze and when i tryed to restart by pressing the restart button the pc restarts but the screen dont start neither does the key board.

and i have to press restart un plugg and everything and sometimes it just workes and when the screen gets on in (dont know how to explain it) you know when the comp starts up you can press del or f4 some something like that and you come to bios setup.

and it only happends with esf no other game.
