Ok for one, Freiza needs a beam. Of some sort. Death ball just doesnt cut it, because it takes like 4/5 of your screen. Freiza used a beam against goku but goku Kamehameha'd the ground away from it. Blew up like a nuke ..

Vegeta - I want vegeta to have the Hold technique, which he used on Goku in the majin vegeta Saga. It would work well.

Gohan - Masenko, NOT Powerbeam..

Piccolo - Mokosenha - Used against cell... Most powerful move he has

Tien - If implimented, needs Tribeam, and it needs to be sacrificial too. Because he can kill himself while using it.

Yeah thats about all I can think of for now ..

Remember that this is only beta 1, who knows what they will add in future updates.
As for the attack for Picollo you describe, i would be really happpy if they add it.
