oki.. so i downloaded beta1.1.. n i double click and it says that its checking for previously installed components.. then a huge error message pops up telling me that an error has occured and i have to close out..

ken sum1 help me out ? ?

i'd rilly appreciate it.. thankx x)

btw.. it happens both when i try to install the full beta 1.1 and when i try to install the patch..

help me pls..

yo wduh.. its me again.. fer all u ppl out there who r reading.. i found a way around my problem..

since i couldnt install it on my computer for some reason..

i got a friend of mine who could install it.. install it..

then i asked him to send me his esf folder under his sierra/halflife folder over aim..

when i received it.. all i had to do was copy the esf folder into my half life folder in my C drive n i could play x) ! ! !
