I watched it. A very excellent scientific approach to the martial arts, without immediately bashing any one style. There were a wide range of techniques and weapons explored, and it was very entertaining.

Hell, even I learned something ;-)

I also caught it. I actually watched it twice, since they reran it. I know almost nothing about martial arts, but that was extremely sweet to watch. I learned quite a bit from watching it. Mostly, what a giant weakling I am. :S

it was amazing, their was this one guy who had practicly mastered the katana and did some mouth dropping moves. it also explained in depth the story of martial arts, the teacher to student aspect, and the science behind most of the weapons.

i recommend it to anyone who is in martial arts or enjoys it period.
