its part of melee. without swoop u will NEVER be fast enough to catch up on someone to hit him.
and the evasion techniques could work....but that reminds me of players that spam hyperjump. difficult to hit at first, but time it right and u get them.

I personally think all the character's str and power should be raised, especially Trunks, he is the weakest saiyan in the game, atleast right now. I know Goku and Vegeta are some what around the same. Gohan is a little better than Trunks, Trunks isnt that fast even as SSJ, he was pretty useless, from what you've said it seems he will be alot better.:]
