The game is good. You guys dont even know the half of it. Just trust me when i say that its better then people think its going to be.

in alpha i only got to be a few classes. *what little time i had it* The gameplay itself is unlike any mmorpg i played.



As a orc. I was a warrior. when your a warrior you get a rage bar to do kick ass moves.
I got to level 5 and went to a castle that had lots of humans. I rushed in and heard bells ringing and someone yelling orc attack. killing humans by the 5s. it was a blood rush until i found someone who was very tough. and sparks flew off swords. This is a high class game that people are going to be hooked and change mmorpg history

I personally can't wait. I've been a fan of Warcraft since its beginnings on my old 586 running out of DOS 6 =]

At any rate, it has sparked my interest...kinda like when I tried to guess who developers would make a successful Metroid FPS.

Same here, bro. I can't wait for this. Just watching their in-game videos makes me even more interested. Right now I'm playing Lineage II, which is actually pretty fun. It has a FFXI feel to it, but thank god the mobs are different. Other games that I'm looking forward to are "Fable" and "Bard's Tale." But out of the three, I'd have to say World of Warcraft is at the top of my list .

I hate to be the only negative-nancy here, but most people acted the same way with star wars: galaxies. I guess I've been let down by too many mmorpg's, maybe it'll be good, but not good enough to pay monthly for.

People in the Starwars Galaxies closed beta begged the Devs not to release it as it was. There were many bugs that they simply refused to fix before released.

Somebody needs send a clear and strong message to game producers: It's not okay to pressure your Devs into releasing an unfinished game.
It's safest to start playing a MMORG about six months after release if you want it to be Bug-Free (relatively), However you're missing out on learning a new game with thousands of other people.

By the time you get in.. You'll be just another newbie.
As for WoW, nobody has tested it because the closed Beta hasn't started yet.
A horribly incomplete version of the Alpha was accidently leaked, but it wasn't the Game. It was hardly playable. Basically, just moving around on a few maps.

IIRC, NS had a friend who was a "Blizzard friend" and he let him play around for a while.

Well i proved i had the REAL thing. and if you think no testers yet. Ummm alpha testers real alpha testers playing as we speak who will get trans over to beta and keep chars. SO when beta starts high level chars already be in it.

Get that crap out of your mind. Priston Tale has got to be the lamest, most boring game I have ever played. I know this is just an opinion, but I seriously believe you'd have to be a pretty desperate RPG fan to stand that game. I played it for one week and I felt like shooting myself. It nearly destroyed any interest I had in Role Playing Games. Luckily, I was saved by playing some EverQuest. The game basically rejuvinated my interests. For anyone who plans to play PristonTale, I issue a fair warning. Be careful..... be very careful.
