well i know you have to buy the game and pay for it each months to play..

but ive seen several websites where you can download the game..
i
question : if i would download the game...can i play it online (wenn i will pay)
question : or do i need a special serial key ?...or a member key to log in with
question : or will you get that key later wenn you buy the online-play-card or with credit cars ?

my question simply is..if i download the game will i be able the play it...
cause wenn i download it i will only have to pay the monthly cash..but i won't have to ordor or buy the game...

please help me out

you need a serial key. The serial is for your account. You can play it as long as you have an account. You get the key when you buy the game. I don't remember if you need the key to install but im pretty sure you don't. So if you download it and somehow get a key with a account. Than you can.

You need the key for install. And then you need the time-card number or a credit card handy for the account payment method.

Well, I have a friend who downloaded the game illegally like you, created an unofficial account which works on a non-official server. Basically everybody hacks, its full of lame cheaters and the game is totally unbalanced. I won't reveal where he got his stuff but let you know that it is possible.

Let me get this straight...

Youre willing to pay $15/month, but youre not willing to pay however much it costs to buy it? Thats pretty cheap, man.

I can understand not paying for a game you know isnt worth the full price but the developers feel otherwise. You want to play it, but you know its not going to keep you entertained for long. But this is an MMORPG, and people often play for months and months, whereas Battlefront (why would I pay for an overglorified BF mod?) and Pirates (meh...) entertained me for about a week each. Saved myself there...

My advice would be to save up your money and buy it when Blizzard releases some of the new features to the game, like the battlegrounds. But if you download the game and play on the illegal servers, youre just going to be dissapointed with WoW.

And feliz cumpleaños, Rocky. My friend is turning 18 soon too, so were gonna party and get drunk tomorrow night.

I can definatly see where he's coming from. So far I've blown a few hundred bucks on MMORPGs that I end up not likeing. FFXI... 50 bucks for the game, had a 3 month subscription (45 bucks) haven't played since. CoH... 50 bucks for the game, had a 3 month subscription (45 bucks) haven't played since. Bottom line is you have to pay over 70 bucks just to get the game... not even knowing if you'll like it or not, since there are no demos or anything. Now WoW, same price, but I can actually see myself playing this one for at least a year... maybe as much as I did on Diablo 2.
Playing on illegal servers are not fun, there is very little you can do. Can't quest much, things crash often, people hack constantly, and it's just not fun at all. Even though I pirate things myself, Blizzard is my all-time favorite company and pirating things is a no-go for me with Blizzard. Same with ID, and I get mad when people do pirate things from companies that don't make games often, but when they do they're spectacular.

yes in total i played now 2hours and it crashed like 20 times..sucks all the way
i really dont like it and the people are indeed cheap wich you meet on the server..
i dunno..might buy it anyways now i got a job

1) It IS worth it
2) I said the cracked version was crap and people cheated and it would crash (or something similar)
3) Once you get over the initial cost ($130 Aus) It's not too expensive ($40 for 2 months)
4) My 18th is in 8 days from this post, my 18th party where we'll all be getting smashed is in 10 days. Congrats for your friend and enjoy the party!
