without steam

I want to know if it is possible to play esf without have the steam. I want to play offline with bots but without steam. How i do that?

It is possible if you have cs 1.6 then you put esf in valve were it is has cs 1.6 the click on half life icon then it will work.

install HL or CS normaly then just install ESF 1.2 and choose WON

then you start HL you go in to custom games choose ESF and click on activate

it yhould do it then just start a normal lan game and add bots
