How do I set windows and doors on buildings in my map?

Windows are easy:

1. Make a brush with a glass texture.
2. Tie to entity: func_breakable.
3. Set render mode to Texture.
4. Set FX Amount to 100.
5. Material type: Glass (default)
6. Set strength to alter how easy the glass is to smash (0 is unbreakable, I aim for about 10-20 for realism).

Here's a tutorial on how to make both types of door.

No problem, that site is pretty good for basic tutorials, but there aren't (m)any ESF-mapping tutorials. Hopefully some community members will write some, maybe we could get them on ESF-World. I'm currently working on one for vertex manipulating terrain.
