Most of the games I play like World at War and Team Fortress 2, my cores do not sync to each other (stuttering in gameplay). I played with some commands and neither has worked so I'm stuck playing with using 1 core.

Does anyone have this problem? I'm pretty sure if you use Windows 7 you notice some performance issues in games too.

not sure about world of war, but i know that tf2 (and the rest of the source engine) is singlethreaded which means it would only use 1 core

Wrong, actually. Source was updated to make use of Multi-cored support sometime ago, in a major update. TF2 supports it, as does L4D, and DoD. Anything built off the Orange Box SDK has it naturally also. It was also added to HL2, EP1 & obviously EP2.

My Q6600 shot up quite abit performance wise with the update.
