Why do people want Pan in the game?

First of all, Pan couldn't be in cause she is in GT, and they definetley AREN'T going to put a four year old in the game. Second of all, she can't transform, she has hardly any ki attacks, and she isn't very strong. So why do some people think she should be in ESF cause by the looks of it, Pan won't be in till the ESF people start making GT characters.
