Not sure if there is one. I joined when I was 12. Most of the guys werr liek "You still lied". Though appears most of them joined at that age ^^

I'm not sure, but I'm sure you need atleast 12 or 13 years to play HL legal way, yet even I played CS 1.5 long ago with illegal ppl.

I played cs when I was ... 7 years old, perhaps? Not on my PC, though. There were those computer halls. As far as I remember they didn't have steam ^^
Basically, they fail.
