White Bread, Or Brown Bread

After having worked in a flour mill, and seeing with my own eyes that white bread is 99% air, 1% ash of something that was once nutritious (but is now crushed, bleached and basically stripped of everything good), I say Whole Wheat or Grain for the win.

White Bread... Brown bread sucks, and I don't like it...

Brown bread has a tastier texture! White is quite bland, I just prefer more grainy type goodness to my bread.

I most times take brown bread, but i love white, so i choose white.
