Where to put the mod?

I downloaded a Raditz model but where do i put the files?

Go to the folder where you installed esf (e.g.C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\Steamapps\<account name>\half-life\esf)
Now go to folder models, and go to the folder of the character you want to replace.
now delete the model you want to replace and rename the new model to the old one's name.

but it has sprites and all w do i do w them?

put those in the sprite folder
