ask to be transfered to the hardware section, for the 360's

youl have to talk to there idiotic service representatives, and if your lucky, you can place an order, and get it; within 2 monthes.

i just after 2 monthes, recieved my power cord, my av cable, but NO power brick.

i have to call those bastards back tomorrow

I've heard more horror stories similar to your situation...

I haven't heard too many horror stories but it seems pretty universal that they take forever. I'd check Amazon or around the net.
